The Problem with GUM

Chewing gum is EVERYWHERE!  Look at the sidewalks; those black spots are chewing gum.  The challenge of removing gum is a growing concern for  many business owners.  Traditional methods such as power washing, scraping, and the use of harsh chemicals is not effective.  For example, power washing is loud and is typically used in the evening as to not disrupt regular business activities.  It also uses up to 8,000 gallons of water a day and erodes the surface of the sidewalk due to the high pressure used.  Many times the gum is not completely removed.  Many businesses have gum on carpets, furniture and walls.  Traditional methods are not suitable for indoor use.
